Proper recovery each night is needed after a hard day of training; the amount and the quality of sleep I get each night is critical to ensure I am at my best as I train to be the best I can be.

Adam Coon is a World Champion Greco-Roman Wrestler. Starting his career at a young age, Coon was the 2011 Cadet World champion and won 4 state championships by high school.

His professional career continues to be highly-awarded, including receiving a silver medal at the 2018 Senior World, winning the 2018 Greco-Roman World Team Trials and U.S. Open in freestyle as well as the 2016 U.S. Open champion in Greco-Roman wrestling, and was a runner up in the U.S. Olympic Team Trials.
Most recently, Coon won a gold medal from the Pan American Championship.
