What Happens After I Order?
Don't worry, we’re on it!
Once you place an order for your new mattress it takes under 24 hrs for our system to process your order. Your mattress is made just for you so it has not been sitting on a factory floor collecting dust for weeks on end waiting for you to order it. This means that after your order, our crafts people on the factory floor in Phoenix, Arizona spring into action on constructing your brand new mattress.
Luckily with our state of the art factory, putting your mattress together will not take long. Once it’s been quality checked, it’s boxed up and shipped to your door! Soon you’ll be lying on a wonderful new, luxurious cloud of sleepy, long-lasting comfort.

Free Pillows
If you ordered a mattress that came with a free product, it is important to note that the PILLOWS are roll packed with your mattress. This means that you will find your pillows when you unroll your mattress.
Any other product will be sent to you separately apart from your mattress. This is to try and get your products to you as fast as possible. So don’t panic if you see your mattress protector show up before your mattress. Your mattress is still on its way, it just has a different route it has to take on its way to you.

Someone must be home to sign for the delivery. Signature is required for mattress delivery only.

Need to Make Changes?
After you complete your purchase, you have up to 24 hrs to make any edits to your order.
Once your product has shipped, it cannot be modified in any way.
Have special instructions for delivery? Receive alerts, provide delivery instructions or request a hold at location for pick up using FedEx's Delivery Manager. This FREE service gives you more control over your deliveries.
How To Unpack and Setup Your Mattress
We recommend you unbox the Hybrid within 3 weeks of delivery and the Original and Pro within 30 days.
- We recommend having a friend or two help set up your new mattress.
- Remove the mattress from the box in the bedroom you would like to keep it in.
- Place the vacuum-sealed mattress onto your bed base.
- Unroll the first layer of plastic
- Unfold the mattress and align the top of the mattress with the top of the bed frame.
- Carefully use scissors to cut away the plastic wrapping. Your mattress will begin to expand immediately!
- Cut the plastic around the perimeter of the mattress and remove.
- The bed should be completely expanded in less than a minute!
- While your mattress can be used right away, we recommend giving it a full 24hrs to completely decompress.
