Maggie Steffens

When your job is revolved around the physical, emotional, and mental state of your body, sleep and recovery play one of the biggest roles in your success. I truly feel ready for a day of hard training after I’ve gotten a good nights sleep.

Maggie Steffens is a 2-time Olympic gold medalist and captain of the USA Women's water polo team. She was MVP of the 2012 and 2016 Olympics, setting a new record for most goals scored with 21. In 2019, Maggie led the USA Women's National team to a historic third World Championship gold medal  - a feat that has never been done before by any team. Outside of the pool Maggie co-founded the business "6-8 Sports" with fellow Olympic legend Tony Azevedo. Maggie is training for the 2021 Tokyo games and is one of the most popular Olympic athletes headed into next year.
