How it works: for the cost of $100, our White-Glove agents deliver your mattress, adjustable base, foundation, and/or bed frame on a date that works best with your schedule. Once onsite, the delivery team will bring the items to your room of choice, set them up and remove any packaging. Our White-Glove agents are limited to arranging and setting up Bear products only.
Looking to have your old mattress removed? For the total cost of $150, our White-Glove agents will deliver and set up your new items, plus remove your old mattress*. Only one mattress removal is allowed per order. Mattress removal must be completed at the same time as the delivery of your new mattress.
Our White-Glove In-Home Set up is available when you order the Bear Mattress, Bear Hybrid, mattress with Bear Foundation and Frame, and/or the Bear Adjustable Base.
Products NOT INCLUDED with White-Glove In-Home Set up are soft accessories, Pillow(s), Bear Protector or Bear Bedding. These items will get delivered to your shipping address via our standard FedEx Ground service.
Qualifying products will be shipped directly to your local delivery team hub. Please note, because items will be shipped directly to the local delivery team, you will not receive FedEx tracking information for these products.
Your local White-Glove agents will call you to schedule a delivery date once they have received your order. The evening before your delivery, you'll receive another call to confirm your delivery window**. You will receive a call on the day of delivery when the driver is roughly 30 minutes from your location.
It will take approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of order to receive your products. Should you need your order sooner, select Free Shipping via FedEx Ground at checkout.
*Mattress removal is based on driver's discretion.
**We cannot guarantee a specific 4-hour window will be available.
