We're big smoothie drinkers over here at Bear. They're a yummy, healthy, and filling meal, so you'll often find us whirring them up for breakfast.
There are few drinks as healthy as a green smoothie. Sometimes we find that they can be a bit hard to swallow (pardon the pun). So we wanted to share with you one of our favorite recipes. It's full of fiber, protein, and vitamins, but the best part is that it tastes SO good!

Ingredients: (makes 1 serving)
1 1/2 cups chopped kale leaves (remove stems)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of your preference)
1 frozen medium banana (we recommend peeling before freezing)
¼ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen pineapple pieces
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 or so teaspoons honey (to taste)
Directions:
Throw everything into a blender and whirr on the highest setting until thick and smooth.
