Sleep is as basic as a need for food, and vital to physical well-being. The main role of sleep is to restore the body’s energy supplies that have been depleted through the day’s activities.  As an athlete who gets numerous forms of physical activity throughout my day, it’s crucial I get good sleep and recovery, so I can go harder for my next training.

A native of Los Angeles, Leah is truly a Jack (or Jill) of all trades. She primarily is an acrobat performing and teaching for large company events, festivals, and A list celebrities. She is an Acro Yoga certified teacher and has incorporated this as a foundation for her teaching. She has trained and taught with a collection of talented movement artists, as well as a variety of teachers across many acrobatic styles. Leah shares her knowledge with others to create a viable practice that promotes positive movement and a healthy lifestyle.

When she isn’t sharing her passion for teaching or performing, you can find her designing sets for film and commercials, working on art projects, and designing fitness facilities and active wear for Pi Movement, which is an activewear brand that is dedicated to giving back Pi% (3.14) to building parks/ playgrounds around the world.
