We do know that while your Bear mattress is good to go from the start, an adjustment period of 30 days can be needed for some people. So, after you receive your mattress from Bear, you can sleep on it up to 100 nights before you decide whether or not you love it. If you’re not completely satisfied we’ll arrange for someone to come pick up the mattress and refund your money, in full. You don’t pay any fees.

Returning a mattress is free and easy. Just give us a call and we'll schedule a pickup. No heavy lifting for you.* *Whenever possible we donate your gently used mattress to a local charitable organization. We prefer to donate to those in need whenever possible instead of having them hauled away to a local landfill in order to reduce the impact on the environment.
