If you are not happy with your mattress for any reason, call us before your 120th night. We’ll arrange a pick-up, for free. Unlike other mattress companies, we take the time to locate a charity near you and have the Bear mattress removed.

Our beds are designed to lay on any hard, flat surface. We highly recommend the Bear Foundation paired with a bed frame. Other options include a platform bed, or an adjustable base. We don't recommend using a traditional coil box spring because it does not provide the proper support for our mattresses.

Just like the name suggests, you get to try out the mattress in your own home for 120 nights. Night one starts when your mattress is delivered. You then get 120 nights to really test out the mattress and make sure it’s the perfect fit for you. We recommend giving it a full 30 days before making your decision. Like a new pair of running sneakers, a mattress has a break-in period. The materials of the mattress need some time to conform to your body. Plus your body is used to sleeping on your old mattress, even if it wasn’t treating you right. So you may need a bit of time to get used to your new one. If you’re still not in love after 30 nights, no worries. Our returns are hassle-free.
