What foundation do you have your Bear mattress on?
Our beds are designed to lay on any hard, flat surface. We highly recommend the Bear Foundation paired with a bed frame. Other options include a platform bed, adjustable flex bed, or the floor. We don't recommend using a traditional coil box spring, because it does not provide an evenly distributed surface area for foam-based mattresses.
How long have you been sleeping on your Bear mattress?
Our bodies are all very different, and some people may need a bit more time to adjust to a new sleep surface and receiving proper support. A new mattress is a big change and we feel that 30 nights is enough time to adjust and decide whether or not the Bear Mattress is right for you.
Return and Exchange Policies

2019 Bear Hybrid
The 2019 Bear Hybrid is Final Sale - No Trial, Returns, or Exchanges. This means those products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

You may request a return of your mattress within 120 nights from the delivery date of your mattress. We require a minimum trial of 30 nights before a return can be initiated. Your return time-frame begins based on the delivery confirmation date.
Only one return of any mattress per customer, household, and/or delivery address. Returns are valid on your first order only (even if you purchase a different mattress the second time). You will be refunded for the cost of the mattress (less any discounts). In order to receive a refund, the mattress must be removed from your home by an authorized party of Brooklyn Bedding LLC and confirmed by Brooklyn Bedding LLC
Bear will issue a full refund for the cost of the mattress (less any discounts) to the original form of payment.

Exchange Policy
You have 120 nights to exchange your mattress from the date of delivery. Only one return or exchange of any mattress per customer, household, and/or delivery address.
If you would like to exchange your mattress for a new model or different feel, you must do so within the 120-night trial. Your new, exchanged mattress is not eligible for a return, refund or trial period.
