We do know that while your Bear mattress is good to go from the start, an adjustment period of 30 days can be needed for some people. So, after you receive your mattress from Bear, you can sleep on it up to 100 nights before you decide whether or not you love it. If you’re not completely satisfied we’ll arrange for someone to come pick up the mattress and refund your money, in full. You don’t pay any fees.

We strive to make sure all of our mattresses are shipped in a timely fashion, but due to a large increase in orders, we anticipate most of our Hybrid mattress to ship within 2 weeks. King and Cal King Hybrid mattresses may take up to 3 weeks to ship.

Ships FREE via FedEx. Delivery times may vary depending on its final destination. The mattress is compressed, vacuum sealed and rolled into a box that is 45” x 20.5” x 20.5". We recommend that two people set up your Bear Hybrid mattress.

NOTE: Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is an additional cost of $100 USD.

Return Policy

You have 100 nights from the time of delivery to request a return of your Bear Hybrid. We do require you to have it for at least 30 nights prior to us initiating a return. Returns are free of charge. Read more

We designed the Bear Hybrid with a nice plush, quilted top so you feel like you are on top of a cloud, but your back and body will love the firmer core support. Overall, it would be rated a medium mattress, and on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being most firm, Bear Hybrid is categorized as a 6.

What is the difference between a Bear Hybrid and other mattresses?

The Bear Hybrid is a premium mattress combining both coils and foams to create a 14” sleep system that provides a luxury feel, like your favorite hotel bed, that helps you recover faster and sleep better. In the same tradition as the Bear Mattress, Bear Hybrid uses Celliant® technology woven in the the cover, as well as high air-flow layers to help you sleep cool. The difference is the Bear Hybrid has individually wrapped pocketed coils for best in class edge support and a hand-tufted quilted top to give you a cloud-like mattress feel.

Does the Bear Hybrid reduce motion transfer so my partner won't feel me move?

Yes! With the Bear Hybrid's individually wrapped pocketed coils and proprietary design, there is the benefit of reduced motion transfer so you and your partner can move around as you sleep without disturbing one another.

Is the Bear Hybrid made in the USA?
