Hour-Long Workout Playlist: Rock Edition

We’ve all been there: the notorious workout rut. You know when you’re running and you know exactly what song is going to come on after the other? Or when you’re at the gym, and you know you’re going to squat to one song, lunge to another, and abs to two more? And while there’s something to be said for staying in a routine, too much of the same thing can get boring. That’s why over the next few months, we’re going to make several awesome playlists to work out to… whatever genre you like best. And, no, you won’t see Eye of the Tiger on here. These playlists are designed with about 12 minutes of warm up, 35 minutes of intensity, and 13 minutes of cool down, give or take.
